License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Infomanta Ltd ("Licensor") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the IM3270 software ("Software") subject to the terms of this agreement.

2. License Types

Trial License

The Software includes a 60-day trial period with full functionality, including all Pro features. No payment is required during the trial period. After the trial expires, core features continue to work but Pro features become locked.

Pro Features

The following features require a paid license after the trial period:

• Split Screen - View two sessions side-by-side
• Crosshair Cursor - Full-screen cursor tracking
• Screen Magnifier - Zoom into screen areas
• Keystroke Display - On-screen key overlay for demos

Personal License

Permits use by a single individual on their own devices for personal or commercial purposes. Perpetual license with 2 years of email support. See pricing.

Team License

Permits use by up to 10 named users within a single organization. Perpetual license with 2 years of priority support. See pricing.

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Redistribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the Software to develop competing products
• Share license keys with unauthorized users

4. Intellectual Property

The Software and all copies thereof are proprietary to Infomanta Ltd and title thereto remains in Infomanta Ltd. The Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5. Third-Party Components

The Software includes third-party open source components, each governed by their respective licenses. See the Third-Party Licenses page for details.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL INFOMANTA LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

8. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
